Plant Walks
Rooted Knowledge:
Native Plants, Foraging & Connection
More than a class – this is an invitation to remember your place in nature. Step off the sidewalk and into the living classroom of the forest. On this guided walk, you’ll meet plant and tree allies, awaken your senses, get in touch with your intuition and see the land as teacher and healer. You’ll walk away with:
practical skills to identify native, edible, medicinal plants and trees
knowledge about the physical, emotional and spiritual healing properties of plants and trees
hands on learning about ethical and sustainable foraging
ancestral insight into spiritual connection with plants
decolonization and settler identity in relationship with the land
a felt sense of belonging with the land
witchy tips for spiritual practice
wildcrafting techniques (tinctures, oils, salves, tea, burn bundles)
Led by an ecotherapist and plant guide, this experience blends earth-based wisdom, nature therapy, herbalism and botany to deepen your relationship with nature. Perfect for nature lovers, herbalists-in-training, foragers, tree huggers, green witches, healers, spiritual seekers, and anyone craving connection with nature.
