Mental Health Therapy
Kaela Koepke, MS, LMHCA
“Your heart is the size of an ocean. Go find yourself in its hidden depths.” -Rumi
If you're longing to feel safe in your body, peace in your mind and supported in your growth, I'm here for you.
I work with adult women with trauma, neurodivergence, burnout, anxiety, depression, grief, transitions, perimenopause, stress and relationship struggles. I have a Jungian approach for deep exploration to understand your patterns, childhood wounds and how that impacts your present day relationships. I incorporate tarot and earth-based spirituality. Together we'll gently untangle what's holding you back to bring clarity and more connection with yourself and the people around you.
I am a Somatic Therapist, which means that I help you identify where and how you hold and block emotions and energy in your body. I help you reconnect with your body and release trauma through guided sensory awareness exercises and gentle movement. Listening to and responding to the body’s messages amplifies change in the therapeutic process.
I am a Trauma Therapist. I understand how trauma creates an underlying feeling of not being safe in the world. Your body and mind are on high alert. We work together to make sense of what has happened, how it impacts your life today, how to move through it, make space for joy and feel free to live your life.
I am a Nature Therapist and offer Outdoor Nature Therapy sessions in addition to or to supplement traditional therapy. We talk about what elements, trees, plants, animals, and ecosystems you are drawn to for allies on your spiritual journey and how the inner psychological landscape mirrors the outer natural landscape. As above so below.
I actively address systems of oppression that contribute to suffering with the understanding that we do not live in a vacuum and can’t just pull ourselves up by our bootstraps. We talk about racism, classism, sexism, sizeism, ableism, homophobia, privilege, white supremacy, patriarchy, misogyny, colonization, capitalism, and more.
I coach coping skills to equip you with tools to navigate triggers and learn how to be with your emotions in a more empowered way. I help you shed old ways of being that once helped you, but now work against you. I help you reconnect with your true self, higher self, younger self, future self, your strengths, and intuition.

“As you live deeper in the heart, the mirror gets clearer and cleaner.”
“Your task is not to seek for love, but merely to seek and find all the barriers within yourself that you have built against it.”
