Women’s Nature Circle
Five weeks of connection with nature, self and others!
In this nature-based, somatic group for female identifying persons, immerse yourself in nature for healing and growth in community with others. Meet weekly in a park for five weeks under the Cedar trees, with Hawthorn, surrounded by St. John’s Wort and more.
You will learn about plant and tree allies for your spiritual journey. Each week we will connect with one tree or plant of focus which corresponds to one element, one chakra and one area of the body. With gentle movement we will identify and release emotional blocks in the body, supported by plant and tree allies.
We will explore topics such as ecospirituality (sacred connection to nature) and ecopsychology (the natural world mirroring the inner psychological world), self-love, grief, feminine energy, climate justice, and how to decolonize self and land to heal self and land.
Activities include heart perception, foraging, poetry, journaling, meditation, teaching, tarot, tea ceremonies, and holding space for each other. Connect with fellow nature lovers and yourself. Feel greater flow of life force energy, comfort, support and joy outdoors.
5 Tuesdays 6/14 to 7/15 6:30-8:30pm
Centennial Park in Bothell
$60 per group or $50 for members of a BIPOC/LBGTQIA+ community
